Women Standing Together gives businesswomen opportunities to plug into the social change work that is taking place in their communities. You'll hear about the impact of your donation from our grantees as well as through our e-newsletter especially for Women Standing Together members. Membership ranges from $250-$1000.
If you've been looking for community of smart, successful and likeminded women, this group is for you. Within this members-only group, you'll have a chance to meet and develop relationships with businesswomen who know that the key to creating long-lasting change in Maine rests with women.
Members of Women Standing Together are invited to donate a couple of hours per year to share their knowledge with budding low-income entrepreneurs. Maine Women's Fund partners with our grantees to provide you with opportunities to sit on panels, speak at educational events and mentor low-income women one-on-one.
In addition, Maine Women's Fund is pleased to highlight Women Standing Together members on its website, at various events and in its communications materials. We provide some events just for Women Standing Together members, like the semi-annual breakfast meetings where you'll hear inspiring stories from our grantees and business leaders. Special invitations to other events are extended to Women Standing Together members throughout the year. At all Maine Women's Fund events, you'll have access to a diverse group of intelligent, influential women who share their values of promoting social change. We encourage Women Standing Together members to send us your job postings and press releases. We enjoy sharing your news with our community and fostering connections whenever possible.
