While the systems, structures and cultures around us often feel as stuck as cement, in reality, the world around us is in a constant state of flux. “The only constant,” reads the bumper sticker, “is change.” As leaders, each of us have the potential to bring our own dreams to play and contribute to building “the New Normal.” Join us to explore what the new normal looks like to each of us in an ever-changing environment, how our leadership contributes to its emergence, and what alliances can accelerate our visions for change.
